• Sets up and conducts product development tests.

• Plans and manages day-to-day lab operations.
• Directly manages a team of testing technicians.
• Performs qualification testing to ensure products meet design specs.
• Analyzes designs to ensure products can handle stress from typical and extreme usage.
• Conducts functional operation and testing on electronic equipment.
• Performs analysis and troubleshooting to determine root cause.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
