Job summary

Adams Thermal Systems Mexico seeks an experienced individual to operate the Engineering Test Lab, managing engineering tests, equipment, and overseeing a team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and at least three years of supervisory experience.

The position requires flexibility in travel, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include design oversight, compliance with standards, and conducting tests on mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of applicable experience with supervisory duties.
• Experience in a heat transfer business and/or as an automotive supplier.
• Experience in an OEM manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering Test Lab operations and testing processes.
• Supervise 2-5 employees in the Engineering Test Department.
• Conduct testing, design, and manage budgets for lab activities.
