Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of electronics test operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and use a multimeter.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Connect products to electronic test equipment and perform software testing.
• Assemble cable harnesses and support testing operations.
• Operate test equipment including flying probe and ICT equipment as needed.
• Lead, train, and direct team members.
• Assign work and monitor productivity.
• Participate in meetings with management regarding department performance.
• Establish performance expectations and support employee development.
• Prioritize testing activities to meet production schedules.
• Ensure defects and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Follow all quality, safety, ESD, and ISO procedures.
• Verify work meets specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in other production departments as needed.
