Job summary

Keytronic Corporation in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to provide electrical test engineering support across automation, assembly, maintenance and data collection. You will develop test routines, software, and systems to meet customer specifications.

You will lead development of test systems, coordinate with customers and vendors, and provide engineering leadership while mentoring junior engineers in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering or computer science.
• 4+ years in test engineering, firmware development, and hardware-software integration.
• Proficient in C/C++ and interpreting test data.
• Experience with LabVIEW and manufacturing software (MFG PRO) is required.
• Ability to work across disciplines and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support test routines, software, and systems to meet customer specs.
• Lead test system improvements and document designs and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and outside vendors on test hardware.
• Mentor engineers and technicians on development projects.
