Job summary

Keytronic in Springdale, AR is seeking a Test Engineer responsible for the design, development, documentation, implementation, and improvement of test equipment. You will train others in the use of equipment and in troubleshooting customer products.

You will work with hardware and software design, research new components, support manufacturing, and ensure compliance with specifications. The role requires reading technical documentation, strong problem solving, and occasional travel to customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering required.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing test environment.
• 1–3 years hardware/software design experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages; e.g., VB.NET, Python.
• LabVIEW and TestStand experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Create specifications with the customer on test strategy.
• Ensure test equipment design is complete and on schedule.
• Research new components and technologies as they become available.
• Implement changes to test equipment due to ECOs.
• Train and direct (non-supervisory) technical personnel in equipment use.
• Provide manufacturing support when needed.
