Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex test solutions. You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable test systems on schedule and within budget, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Required eight to ten years of experience in manufacturing test development, a Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering, and strong skills in LabVIEW, TestStand, and C/C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 8–10 years in manufacturing test development or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in test strategy, DFT, and both structural and functional test development.
• Strong programming skills: LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++.
• Familiarity with OrCAD, AutoCAD, FabMaster, and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead test development projects from concept to deployment.
• Architect electrical, mechanical, software, and system-level test solutions.
• Develop test quotes, schedules, validation plans, and technical docs.
• Design and support ICT, MDA, Boundary Scan/JTAG, functional, ESS/HASS, and system tests.
• Develop solutions using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, Visual Basic.
• Support DFT analysis, hardware/software debug, validation, and production support.
• Communicate status, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; lead smaller technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and engineering standards.
