Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required with 7+ years of related experience.
• Ability to deliver urgent attention and solve problems.
• Experience testing complex systems and writing test reports.
• Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex testing tasks for manufactured products.
• Develop test plans and conduct testing, including formal qualification, for complex systems.
• Investigate failures, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist systems engineers with development of test specifications, methods and procedures.
• Prepare verification documentation and technical reports summarizing findings and recommended solutions.
• Provide inputs for proposals related to product testing or test equipment.
• Maintain and upgrade automated test equipment in support of manufacturing operations.
• Create test equipment data packages, including design documentation and manuals.
