Job summary

Vanquis is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to drive quality across Salesforce, MuleSoft and data platforms. Lead risk-based testing, shape test strategy and mentor engineers to embed quality across Technology & Change.

You will define release readiness, automate testing, and collaborate with architecture, product, and delivery teams to reduce risk and improve delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive quality engineering and test leadership experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, execution, defect management and release assurance.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, ideally Copado Robotic Testing.
• Experience testing Salesforce platforms, integrations and enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within regulated environments with strong governance and audit requirements.
