Capgemini is hiring a Senior Test Data Management / Test Data Engineer / Test Data Architect to lead end-to-end test data management for QA and release validation across multiple environments.

You will design and deliver test data workflows, implement data masking and synthetic data solutions, and build SQL scripts for automated data creation and validation. You will collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, data engineering and business teams to ensure governance and security of test data.

Formación

• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with Test Data Management tools such as Delphix, Informatica TDM, IBM InfoSphere Optim.
• Knowledge of data masking and synthetic data generation.
• ETL data integration concepts.
• API testing and automation.
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an end-to-end test data management strategy for QA SIT UAT regression and performance testing.
• Design and deliver test data workflows across multiple environments.
• Develop and manage data masking and synthetic data solutions.
• Build SQL scripts and automate test data creation and validation.
• Coordinate test data requests and environment synchronization.
• Integrate TDM with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams.
• Establish governance and audit controls for test data processes.
• Mentor junior TDM and QA engineers.
