Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years in semiconductor test.
• Extensive ATE development and production test experience on major platforms.
• Experience designing test hardware and software for mixed-signal test.
• Experience with new product introduction from samples to production test.
• Experience testing analog, mixed-signal, data converters, and power management devices.
• Familiarity with digital interfaces and memory technologies.
• AMS IC design experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of EE principles.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive test architecture, methodology, and innovation for analog/mixed-signal products.
• Partner with IC design and test teams to establish DFT requirements and optimize testability.
• Architect and optimize mixed-signal test hardware and software to improve quality, throughput, and cost.
• Evaluate tester roadmap, test methodologies, and process improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship on test strategies and problem-solving for complex devices.
