First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a Branch Teller to manage a cash drawer, process transactions, and supervise teller staff. You will greet customers, balance cash daily, and ensure accuracy while upholding confidentiality and service standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules with the Branch Manager, handling opening/closing duties, and following internal controls and regulatory requirements to maintain high-quality customer service.

Manage a cash drawer and balances it daily according to teller performance standards and keeps accurate record of money, official checks and gift cards involved in customer transactions. Provides exemplary customer service, staff training, supervision and coaching of the branch teller staff.
Express ideas, request action, and formulate plans by means of clear and effective verbal communications to respond to customers and/or organizational needs.
Understand and effectively use standard office equipment and software packages to support business processes.
Work at an advanced level to recognize sales opportunities during service interactions to enhance overall customer service.
Conduct oneself in a manner that promotes trust in the individual and the organization.
Cooperatively interact with co-workers to promote an effective and productive work unit.
Effectively manage time to ensure prompt completion of tasks and duties.
Provide constructive feedback to enhance performance with effective management and leadership skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills; clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years of cash handling or related experience is required. Supervisory or management experience is preferred. Basic computer skills, customer service, and/or banking experience is preferred.
