Centerline is expanding across New England and seeking a proven Lead Telecom Lineman to lead one of our new Vermont crews. This role offers the chance to run your own team on aerial telecom projects and grow with a rapidly expanding company.

You will mentor crew members, manage fleet and tools, read maps, and perform both aerial and underground construction tasks. A strong attendance record and willingness to travel are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as lead telecom lineman with proven leadership
• Willingness to travel and overnight rotations as needed
• Ability to read maps/designs and execute aerial/underground construction

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews on aerial and underground telecom projects.
• Plan and execute projects with clear direction and accountability.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely documentation.
