Centerline in Vermont is seeking a proven Lead Telecom Lineman to head a new crew. You will run your own team on aerial telecom projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

This hands-on leadership role requires 3+ years of frontline experience, DOT readiness, and a willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed. Centerline offers growth and a path to advanced assignments within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading telecom lineman crews.
• Valid drivert s license in good standing.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT Physical.
• OSHA-10 certification within 90 days; company-paid.
• Willingness to travel and rotate overnight shifts as needed.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews on aerial and underground telecom projects.
• Plan and execute projects including strand building, lashing, pole transfers, fiber handling.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance; complete project documentation correctly and on time.
• Hands-on field work: climb poles, rig equipment, operate lashers.
• Develop team through mentoring and training for advancement.
• Maintain fleet and tools: stock trucks, perform pre-trip inspections, keep vehicles clean.
• Read maps/designs and operate standard industry tools.
• Demonstrate reliability: attendance, punctuality, work ethic.
