Qualifications

• Five years' minimum experience in the field with two years of field management experience and four to six years in ITS.
• Knowledge of color code for fiber and copper.
• Understand all fire stopping procedures and techniques.
• Hold at least 4 manufacturer certifications.
• Dependable and punctual with good troubleshooting skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and install low voltage systems for clients.
• Manage service calls and small jobs to completion.
• Coordinate with customers and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Read and understand construction blueprints and drawings.
• Dress and terminate communication closets, patch panels, and cabling (Category 5e-6A, Coax, AV, Security, DAS).
• Assist with cable testing results uploaded to project cloud.
