Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. in Utah is seeking a full-time Structured Cabling Technology Technician II to join the Technology and Data Comm Division. This senior-level technician will work under the Project Foreman to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role may involve running crews, mentoring teammates, and ensuring safety, quality, and craftsmanship across large complex installations. Excellent customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in structured cabling with large projects.
• Experience running crews and ensuring safety.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Fiber and copper termination experience and testing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and manage time to meet project goals.
• Understand project specs and read drawings accurately.
• Mentor team members and lead crews when needed.
• Establish material requirements and assist with turnups.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer service standards.
