Job summary

UCT in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Technician IV to join our semiconductor processing team. The role focuses on advanced chemical cleaning, precision blasting, and strict contamination control for chamber components, with leadership of assigned production lines and collaboration with engineering and quality teams.

The position requires strong hands-on experience in chemical processing, surface prep, and cleanroom environments, along with the ability to mentor junior technicians and support process

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor services or chamber parts cleaning.
• Background in chemical processing, plating, or wet bench operations.
• Experience with blasting, coating prep, or precision finishing.
• Experience in aerospace, medical devices, or other high-precision industries.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced chemical cleaning and surface preparation of chamber parts.
• Execute precision blasting to remove deposition without damaging parts.
• Prepare and monitor chemical tanks and process chemistries.
• Inspect parts for UHP cleanliness and defects.
• Review and approve test data and COA supporting validated processes.
• Lead Chemline and Blast production lines to meet throughput targets.
• Support first-article processing, R&D trials, and new process introductions.
