Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks a Technician Lead in Phoenix, AZ to manage production workflows in ATCC environments, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead teams, train staff, and monitor KPI performance while coordinating with supervision to maintain high standards across cleaning operations.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical associate degree preferred.
Manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
Ability to wear PPE and work in a manufacturing/chemical environment.

Responsibilities

Follow safety rules and policies and assist Production Supervisor in safety/regulatory compliance.
Lead and direct production workflow through each department.
Monitor job and ensure quality and production standards are met.
Develop and assist with training of employees within each department.
Suggest improvements to safety, quality, efficiency and organization of work.
Monitor KPI’s and develop action plans for improvement.
Work in a team environment and participate in problem resolution and meetings.
Participate in daily safety, housekeeping and other required tasks.
Document safety, quality, personnel and equipment issues; inform Production Supervisor.
Perform other duties as required by Production Supervisor.
