Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technician and/or Supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own toolbox and required tools.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing shift operations and ensuring work is completed on time and to high standards.
• Assigning tasks to technicians and managing workflow.
• Troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration units, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Performing PM services on trailers and refrigeration or APU units.
• Conducting FHWA/DOT inspections on trucks and trailers.
