What You Will Bring

• Proven leadership skills and ability to train team members on processes, equipment, and safety practices
• Proficiency with technology for work order management and record-keeping
• Willingness to perform landscaping tasks with or without specialized equipment
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, pest/disease management through chemical applications
• Experience in exterior maintenance including irrigation, pressure washing, and groundskeeping
• Strong customer service skills and troubleshooting ability
• Commitment to company policies, safety, and ethical standards
