Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in quality role within manufacturing or service operations.
• Direct experience leading 8D investigations strongly preferred.
• Experience in cleanroom or controlled environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced inspections across service workflows.
• Lead and facilitate 8D problem-solving investigations.
• Conduct internal audits of processes and quality systems.
