Job summary

Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician to join our growing team in Seattle. You will perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration, communicate professionally with customers, and document work orders and logs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) preferred/beneficial.
• Tech-friendly for daily reports on mobile devices.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Lead by example as a team player.
