Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team and help build something incredible from the ground up. You will perform expert-level carpet cleaning and water restoration, lead the crew, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• Must be licensed to drive in NC.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) a bonus.
• Technologically capable to use mobile devices for daily reports.

Aufgaben

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Lead the team and share operational responsibility.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle; stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Lead by example and be a team player.
