InfraHire Group is seeking a Lead Technician in Rye Brook, NY to serve as the primary field technician and lead restoration jobs. You will assess damage, document scope, and perform mitigation tasks such as water extraction and drying while maintaining safety standards.

You will communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters, maintain thorough job documentation, and participate in training as the team grows. A valid driver’s license and PPE are required.

• Must be able to lead field jobs and represent InfraHire Group to customers.
• Experience addressing water, fire, smoke, and mold damage incidents is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and document job progress and damages.

InfraHire is hiring an Lead Technician in Rye Brook, NY:

• Serve as the primary field technician, leading jobs and representing the company to customers.
• Respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold damage incidents, assessing and documenting the scope of damage.
• Perform mitigation tasks including water extraction, structural drying, demolition, containment, and site cleanup.
• Set up, monitor, and document drying equipment and moisture readings.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain thorough job documentation (photos, notes, moisture logs) to support insurance claims.
• Ensure equipment, vehicles, and job sites are maintained to high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Assist in training and mentoring new technicians as the team grows.
• Participate in after-hours and on-call rotations for emergency response.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, leadership, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Possess a valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Preferred: Prior restoration experience and IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, or similar). Training support available.
