Lighthouse Ventures Florida Incorporated is seeking a Lead Technician for SWFL to guide a team of technicians while delivering hands-on diagnostic and repair work. You will supervise daily operations, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safety and quality in every job site visit.

The role requires strong leadership, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage fieldwork under Florida climate conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technician with leadership preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in outdoor field conditions in Florida climate.
