All Dry Gulf Coast is seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our Port Charlotte, FL team. This hands-on role focuses on on-site restoration work, problem solving, and delivering results in dynamic field conditions.

The ideal candidate has field tech experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety. A high school diploma is required, with technical certifications a plus, and a valid driver’s license is essential for travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a field technician or related technical role is a plus.
• Able to pass a background check as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Independent work in field settings requires good time management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work for an IICRC-certified Lead Technician.
• Extract water from flooded commercial & residential structures.
• Perform on-site setup and decontamination of equipment.
• Prepare structure for possible drywall/flooring demolition.
• Demolition and removal of damaged material.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status and technical findings.
• Document service calls, work orders, and field reports accurately.
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition.
