Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Technician located in Durham, NC. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems including access control and video surveillance. Daily tasks include acting as team lead, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and providing technical support to clients. Additional responsibilities include system configuration, performing routine system checks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications REQUIRED:

• High integrity, strong work ethic and honesty an absolute must
• Proficiency in access control and video surveillance systems
• Management and leadership skills for overseeing a team of technicians
• Technical support skills, including the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• Experience in system configuration and routine system checks
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients
• Ability to work on-site in Durham, NC
• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
