Salary: Starting rate of $18.00/hr with an earning potential of up to $23.00+/hr for top performers

Militello Painting and Powerwashing is seeking an EXPERIENCED POWER WASHING LEAD to lead their crew in cleaning the exteriors of residential and commercial properties, either for stand-alone projects or preparation for our paint crews. We are quickly growing and looking for an individual who is motivated and disciplined enough to grow with us!

• Power washing/Soft washing experience is a MUST
• Knowledge of power washing technology, techniques (e.g., down streaming, soft washing), and chemicals used
• Ability to think quickly and problem solve
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work independently and lead a team on high-volume projects
• Efficiency and effectiveness
• Punctuality and reliability
• A love for serving others
• Professional appearance
• Ability to safely lift over 60 lbs and carry ladders

COMPENSATION

Competitive starting rate of $19.00/hr with an earning potential of up to $23.00+/hr based on performance pay structure
