AdvantaClean in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to guide field crews on restoration projects including mold remediation and water damage jobs. You will lead, train, and support technicians, ensure safety, quality, and documentation, and coordinate with customers while managing company vehicles and equipment.

The Position

The Lead Restoration Technician is a working crew leader responsible for leading projects while working alongside the team.

Our services include mold remediation, water damage restoration, crawlspace moisture control, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, and other residential and commercial restoration services.

Primary Responsibilities
