Job summary

A leading environmental services company is seeking a Technician for mold remediation and water damage recovery. This role requires candidates to be at least 18 years old and have strong communication and customer service skills. Candidates will perform tasks such as air duct cleaning and require lifting abilities up to 75 lbs. This position requires flexibility with work hours, including after-hours and out-of-state travel, with travel fees covered by the company. Safety gear is provided, and benefits include bonus opportunities and overtime compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old to work in the field.
• Must adhere to on-call policy.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide mold remediation and air duct cleaning.
• Operate water vacuums to extract standing water.
• Perform light demolition/removal of building materials.
• Clean HVAC systems using specialized equipment.
• Travel out-of-state for work as needed.

Skills

Experience in home services or construction fields

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent Customer Service skills

Working knowledge of basic PC operations

Education

Preferred certifications (Ex. WRT, ASD, OSHA 30, MICRO)

Tools

Battery-operated and corded power drills

Rotary and stationary cleaning equipment
