Job summary

AdvantaClean of Naples is seeking a Lead Technician to oversee a crew and manage jobs from start to finish. You will perform hands-on mold remediation, moisture control installations, air duct cleaning, and 24/7 water damage recovery as needed, while keeping costs and timelines in check.

You will lead safety practices, coordinate with customers, document work, and ensure high-quality outcomes across both commercial and residential projects.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in home services or construction fields.
• Experience in mold remediation and water mitigation is a plus but company policies may differ.

Responsibilities

• Manage production, including hands-on work, of mold remediation, water damage cleanup, and cleaning tasks per scope.
• Provide leadership to ensure safe, timely, and profitable project delivery.
• Manage project documentation (photos, contracts, etc.).
• Respond to emergency recovery situations 24/7.
• Work safely in a team environment; enforce safety on site.

Job description

The Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew, controlling job costs, production times, and quality assurance, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, and being responsible for a company vehicle and all equipment for both commercial and residential divisions.

In addition, the Lead Technician is a working Field Technician who regularly produces all mold remediation and installation of preventative moisture control solutions, air duct cleaning, HVAC coil cleaning, and 24/7 water damage recovery services to our clients as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the production, including hands-on work as required, of mold remediation, water damage cleanup, installation of preventative moisture control solutions, and HVAC and dryer vent cleaning per written scope of work
• Provide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completion
• Manage project documentation (i.e., photos, contracts, etc.)
• Respond to emergency recovery situations when needed, 24/7
• Work safely in a team environment
• Ensures all safety measures are enforced on the job site

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in home services or construction fields
• Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices is a strong plus
• Experience in mold remediation and water mitigation, with the understanding that our company's policies may differ from experience.
• Must be a self-starter
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Working knowledge of basic PC operations
• Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Complete a pre-employment background check and drug test
