We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled technician who is ready to lead a team and make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. We are a family-owned company seeking to hire an individual who is willing to grow with us in the mitigation and restoration industry, offering services for water, fire, mold, biohazard, and storm damage.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment and systems.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance service efficiency.

Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.

Train new team members on technical procedures and company policies.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Perform water, fire, mold, and bio services.

Ensure that all mitigation damages are completed per IICRC standards.

Utilize tools and meters to determine the extent of damage or verify that the building materials are within dry standards.

Perform demo work when needed within containment or a crawl space.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a leadership position.

Strong knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and equipment maintenance.

Relevant technical certifications (e.g., IICRC - Water, Fire, Mold, Applied Structural).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proven experience as a technician in a mitigation environment.

Strong knowledge of water, fire, mold, and bio with a strong focus on it being in the remediation industry.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
