Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Lead Technician to drive results and support our service team in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll lead day-to-day shop operations, diagnose and repair refrigeration units, and supervise technicians with a focus on safety and quality. We offer a night shift differential, ASE certification pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in fleet refrigeration and diesel systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as technician or supervisor in fleet or refrigeration services.
• Must possess a toolbox and required tools with strong electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shift operations and supervise technicians.
• Manage schedules and workload distribution.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration units with OEM software.
• Perform PM services, inspections, and general maintenance.
• Communicate with customers and team across shifts.
