Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technician to supervise day-to-day shop operations and perform hands-on repairs on diesel and refrigeration systems.

You’ll manage shift schedules, oversee technicians, and ensure quality across projects while communicating with customers and teams. The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and experience in fleet or refrigeration services, with strong electrical and diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience as a technician or supervisor in fleet or refrigeration services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations and lead the team on shift.
• Perform hands-on repairs on diesel and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration units using OEM software.
• Manage shift schedules and workload distribution.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Communicate with customers and team members across shifts.
