Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Technical Trainer to lead North America RME field-training, overseeing seven Trainers and driving onboarding and advanced curriculum. You will partner with the JLL Technical Training Center to translate reliability data into curriculum, ensure TAC compliance across launches, and support new-site readiness.

This role emphasizes leadership, metric-driven decisions, and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Education, or Instructional Design or 7+ years of training experience.
• Experience leading a distributed training team and managing multiple initiatives.
• Knowledge of LMS and instructional-design methods (ADDIE/SAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop seven Technical Trainers and the Training Center Manager.
• Set expectations, coach, and deploy trainers across prioritized sites.
• Own onboarding of new RME managers and monitor ramp progress.
• Direct design of advanced troubleshooting curriculum with the TTC.
• Govern TAC compliance and coordinate go-live certification.
• Track metrics on certification, onboarding, and reliability.
• Travel up to 75% to client sites and offices.
