Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager, Technical Trainer to lead a seven-person training team and coordinate with the JLL Technical Training Center. You will own onboarding for new RME managers and drive advanced troubleshooting curriculum beyond standard certification.

You will ensure TAC compliance for launches, deploy trainers across sites, and run on-site drills to translate classroom learning into floor-tested capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or seven years of relevant training/maintenance experience.
• Prior people-management experience and as a Technical Trainer or Field Trainer preferred.
• Ability to lead a distributed team and manage multiple training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead seven Technical Trainers and the Training Center team, setting performance goals.
• Own onboarding of newly hired RME managers and ensure ramp readiness.
• Direct advanced, cross-system troubleshooting curriculum development with the TTC.
• Govern TAC compliance across launches and pre-launch certification timelines.
• Direct on-site Tech Drills to convert certification into practical fault response.
• Align training strategy with reliability goals and report to leadership.
