Amches, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Systems Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system within the UEE environment.

The role involves coordinating with Product Owner and stakeholders to define requirements and work with the team to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a lead engineering role, strong Unix/Linux, Java/Spring, RESTful microservices, and AWS experience, plus Agile/Jira/Confluence familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Lead System Engineer in a software team.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, Java Spring, RESTful microservices, AWS.
• Ability to elicit and document functional/technical requirements.
• Ability to liaise with customers and development teams.
• Ability to communicate complex details to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of a mission-critical system.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders for requirements.
• Facilitate story/sprint planning, execution, testing, and demos.
