Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop and hardware/software support for internal clients.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; support executives as needed.
• Install desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices; manage drivers and golden image.
• Coordinate incident management and escalate as needed to meet SLA.
• Support Windows, Linux, and macOS environments for end-users.
• Create PowerShell scripts within the Service Desk environment.
• Maintain inventory and asset records.
