Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort in Las Vegas is looking for a supervisor to oversee the technical and show entertainment operations of Universal Horror Unleashed. This role involves ensuring safety, quality, and a positive guest experience while managing a team of technicians.

A background in the entertainment industry with a Bachelor's degree and relevant supervisory experience is preferred. The position requires flexibility with scheduling and a strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a supervisory/lead position preferred.
• 3-5 years in the professional entertainment or themed entertainment industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other divisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of technical and show entertainment.
• Train and assess new team members and handle relations issues.
• Ensure safety of operations and alignment with safety standards.

Skills

Expert knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 working standards

Strong knowledge of NFPA, ANSI, and ESTA standards

Leadership and coaching

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
