Job summary

HW3 is seeking a Technical Project Engineer for a permanent onsite role in the United States. You will support Fortune 100 customers by optimizing and maintaining enterprise access control systems, providing technical consulting, and delivering high-quality project solutions.

You will act as the technical SME for LenelS2 OnGuard projects, troubleshoot Windows Server, SQL databases, networking issues, and design and optimize access control solutions while collaborating with diverse teams to

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in the electronic security industry.
Experience with LenelS2 OnGuard.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle.
VMware virtualization experience.
Azure and/or AWS knowledge.
Networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Strong project management and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical SME for LenelS2 OnGuard projects.
Troubleshoot enterprise security systems, Windows Server, SQL databases, and networking issues.
Design, configure, and optimize enterprise access control solutions.
Provide technical guidance to customers and Value Added Resellers (VARs).
Develop system maintenance and performance optimization strategies.
Recommend cybersecurity best practices and system hardening.
Collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
