Job summary

Energy Northwest is seeking a Program Manager - Technical Services to oversee multiple programs ensuring regulatory and industry requirements are met. The role emphasizes leadership of engineers, development of implementation plans, and maintaining program schedules across plant components and processes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with substantial maintenance/program coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Eight years of maintenance and/or engineering program coordination experience in an industrial facility.
• OR a high school diploma or GED with twelve years of maintenance/engineering experience, eight in program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex program aspects for the short and long term health of plant components and/or processes.
• Establish an implementation plan for the Program and obtain approval from impacted groups.
• Assure Program schedules are developed and maintained with cross-functional interface.
• Provide technical direction and leadership to other engineers; mentor and train others.
• Identify potential problems in design, quality, or operation and initiate corrective action per CR process.
