Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, Engineering).
• 8+ years of technical program management or product management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams focused on user safety or high-risk programs.
• Autonomous work across a broad problem space with critical thinking.
• Strong communication with technical leadership to develop systems and products.
• Analytical skills for large-scale systems and risk identification.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Scope problems with a cross-organization view and translate details for alignment.
• Define technical program strategy, build plans with dependencies and trade-offs.
• Drive end-to-end execution of child safety technical programs from ideation to post-implementation.
• Collaborate on success criteria, metrics, and status with legal, policy, operations, and engineering.
• Identify risks across systems and work across organizations to mitigate them.
• Drive adoption of technologies across the child safety infrastructure stack.
• Build consensus around roadmaps and manage execution with prioritization.
• Collaborate with analysts, investigators, and executives in a safety‑critical environment.
