Job summary

Amazon is seeking an innovative and solutions-oriented Technical Program Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of material handling systems across multiple building types. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver turnkey deployable solutions in the field.

The role requires strong engineering and program management background with experience leading large projects, coordinating release schedules, and driving budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or STEM.
• 3+ years of PM with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple large, complex programs through the full development and deployment lifecycle — you are the accountable driver from concept through field delivery.
• Partner with internal customers to define ambiguous problem statements and translate them into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Contribute to Amazon's MHE sourcing and integration strategy by evaluating vendor capabilities, performing technical assessments, and generating data-driven recommendations.
• Understand product integration requirements across mechanical, electrical, and controls functions at a systems level.
• Drive project schedules from design through release, managing dependencies and risks across internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate multiyear budgets and track program financials.
