Google Inc. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for Fiber Infrastructure Engineering and Delivery in Addison, TX (with NY presence).

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate global program strategy to drive consistency. Align technical requirements with business objectives to facilitate executive decision-making.
  • Serve as technical leader for OSP, ISP, and NPI. Define Google Global Network (GGN) requirements, design data center infrastructure, and ensure products are deployable globally.
  • Manage relationships across a global chain of partners. Collaborate with design firms, carriers, internal teams, and executives to solve network growth challenges.
  • Establish systems to implement innovative solutions optimizing end-to-end project delivery. Manage risks and drive improvements in lead-time, predictability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a global team of Technical Program Managers. Foster a growth mindset, ensuring team skills are transferable across GGI domains.
