Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Data Center Network Infrastructure Construction. You will drive multi-disciplinary engineering programs, plan requirements with internal customers, and shepherd projects through full lifecycles, including schedules and risk communications.

You will coordinate with internal and external partners, manage scopes, schedules, and negotiations, and aim to deliver on-time milestones across hemispheres and time zones, in a data-center focused

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber-optics, or critical systems construction management.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience with facility electrical and mechanical systems, and design-build processes.
  • Certification in RCDD, PMP, or similar is preferred.
  • 5+ years in telecommunications, low-voltage and fiber-optics construction management.
  • 5+ years managing vendor relationships and understanding standard practices in design and construction.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience in construction project/program management with data infrastructure in corporate real estate or data center environments.
  • Experience in mission-critical environments with formal change control processes.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end execution of cluster and machine learning turnups in the third-party data center spaces.
  • Serve as the primary engine for network and machine fiber deployment, focusing on delivery of critical network and ML capacity.
  • Ensure all physical and logical components are integrated and support high-scale workloads.
  • Own the deployment lifecycle and enable the Regional Program Manager to pivot toward strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate between global supply chain, facilities, and engineering teams to meet milestones with precision.

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end execution of cluster and machine learning turnups in the third-party data center spaces.
  • Serve as the primary engine for network and machine fiber deployment, specifically focusing on the delivery of critical network and Machine Learning (ML) capacity.
  • Ensure that all physical and logical components are integrated seamlessly, providing a foundation for high-scale computational workloads.
  • Assume ownership of the tactical deployment lifecycle, this role directly enables the Regional Program Manager (RPM) to pivot toward long-term strategic initiatives and program innovation.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between global supply chain, facilities, and engineering teams to ensure that milestones are met with precision and technical excellence.
