Job summary

PayPal Ads is building a commerce-centric advertising platform connecting PayPal, Venmo, and Honey audiences with advertisers, merchants, publishers, and technology partners. We are seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to lead partner integrations that launch securely, reliably, and at scale.

You will define reusable services, APIs, data contracts, measurement capabilities, launch controls, and operational standards across PayPal Ads surfaces.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience owning technical platforms, APIs, or data services.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a scalable architectural roadmap for ads integrations across geographies and surfaces.
• Write clear technical requirements and API contracts for partner integrations.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and Compliance to operationalize consent and data minimization.
• Mentor product managers and raise the bar for technical product craft across the org.
• Partner with Ad Tech, data science, and engineering to drive data-driven decisions.
