Job summary

The position requires directing on-site mechanical scope, supporting outage planning, and interpreting engineering documents. Strong experience in power plant maintenance and excellent communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical or university degree, or equivalent relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of Field Services experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in power plant maintenance or turbine generator maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with dismantling, inspection, reassembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• English proficiency required.

Providing technical leadership and field execution, the full-time Lead Technical Field Advisor will manage Steam Turbine and Generator maintenance and outage activities remotely, ensuring safe and high-quality job execution while coordinating field resources and supporting customer satisfaction.
