Job summary

You will establish standards, lead a team of architects, developers, and engineers, collaborate across departments, and translate business needs into technical specifications while communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and strategy across TTL domains (transportation, supply chain, & logistics).
• Develop and maintain architectural frameworks and standards aligned with best practices & regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders; align across teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects, developers, and engineers to foster collaboration and continuous learning.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure architectural solutions meet quality standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (IoT, AI, blockchain); perform PoCs before full-scale implementation.
• Define and monitor quality metrics; identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation of designs, processes, and decisions; present progress to senior management.
