Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience; Master’s with 11 years; 16 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading digital delivery, information management, or connected data initiatives in transportation or infrastructure.
• Ability to connect information and workflows across BIM, GIS, program management, construction, asset management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Establish, grow and lead a team focused on transforming project and asset information across the enterprise.
• Shape and deliver solutions that connect planning, engineering, construction, geospatial, program management, and asset lifecycle information.
• Provide strategic advice, develop technical materials, and support pursuits and client engagements.
• Identify leads, pursue high-level projects, and support contracting and project execution with regional leadership.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary professionals while maintaining active involvement in client delivery.
