The Lead Tech - Multi-Modality is responsible for the day-to-day operations and efficiency of the DI department. The Lead Tech - Multi-Modality is responsible for staffing, budget reconciliation, equipment service and acquisition, training of personnel and adhering to quality practices according to department needs. The Lead must have knowledge of all areas and systems within the DI Department. Must collaborate with other departments and health team members throughout the organization with the patient’s best interest and safety in mind. The Lead Tech - Multi-Modality performs examinations according to the currently accepted practices of the ARDMS and/or ARRT and Northwest Texas Healthcare System as well as prepare technical reports, exam rooms, equipment and supplies for procedures.
