Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking a skilled Fleet Service Truck Technician to keep our fleet road-ready and reliable. You’ll service trailers, trucks, and APUs, perform diagnostics, and repair brakes, electrical, and cooling systems in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year shop experience with DOT inspections or brakes.
• Tech school certification or equivalent training.
• Ability to use basic diagnostic tools and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration, and APU units.
• Troubleshoot and repair fuel, electrical, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and cooling systems.
• Replace brakes and handle trailer ABS systems.
• Complete FHWA inspections and tire services (mount, balance, repair).
• Repair trailer bodies, rear doors, and structural components.
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and company/customer vehicles.
• Reefer unit experience is a plus.
